- How to place an order?  

   Send your request via contact form or e-mail. We will give you detailed response with photos (for used parts) or schemes (for new parts) if it is possible. Otherwise we will ask you details about your car or spares required. After confirmation you will receive an invoice and payment details from us. After your payment you will get a tracking number from us in 4-10 days. And then in 4-8 days, you will have your parcel.

 

- All communication via e-mail only?  

  Yes. Everyone is interested to save all the idetails in dialogues. We do our best to give you all responses 7 days per week, please check spam or promotion folder if you don’t see response from us in 24h. If there is no answer, please repeat your question via reserve e-mail truejdmparts11@gmail.com.

 

- What can we offer? 

  Full range of Japan car parts, brand new and used ones. Tuned performance parts, brand new and used. 

We are limited only by mail requirements. We cannot send items heavier than 30kg or longer than 1.5m or something that contains flammable liquids or compressed gas (shock absorbers, airbags, bumpers, bonnets, body shells, engines or transmissions). 

 

- How do our customers receive all goods?

-  How much is shipping?

  All prices you see in our e-mails are for the items with shipping included. 

 

 

- CUSTOMS fees

  Usually it is tax-free to have a parcel with EMS, but it depends on your country’s customs rules. We are not responsible for any customs duty, or other charges due to import laws at the destination country.

 

- How long does it take (delivery)? 


  Usually it takes about 4 - 10 days to process the order inside Japan. (up to 14 days or longer for unique cases)
Postage takes from 4 to 8 days on average. (it may take more time, depending on your region and post service)

 

 

- JDM. What does it mean? 

  JDM — Japanese domestic market abbreviated. Most commonly used in relation to vehicles. (JDM car — car produced for Japan's domestic market.)

 

-  JAPANESE quality? 

  If you prefer JDM cars, you perfectly know what it means.

Sometimes it is better to choose even used OEM JDM car parts than brand new unknown non original parts.

 

- What about business to business?  

  We are open to any questions or suggestions from you.
